Weekly training recap: Feb. 18-24

Below is this past weeks custom training schedule provided by Lauren at More Miles To Go.

Sunday: 10 mile bike

Monday: 3 mile run

Tuesday: Rest

Wednesday: 8 mile run

Thursday: Rest

Friday: 20 mile bike

Saturday: 12 mile run

A nasty stomach bug swept through our house this week. Thursday & Friday CJ was out of commission and Jen wasn’t well Saturday and Sunday.

Training on later part of the week was put on hold and I wasn’t able to get in Friday and Saturday’s workouts.

But tomorrow is another day and another opportunity to grow.

Some days we win and some days we lose. We just need to string together more winners than losers.
