- Monday – 10 mile bike
- Tuesday- rest
- Wednesday- 8 mile run – Yasso speed workout
- Thursday- rest
- Friday- 20 mile bike
- Saturday – 13 mile tempo run
- Sunday- 9 mile bike
I was trying for a 10 mile bike on Sunday, but my bike slipped off the bike trainer and I tipped over. Literally crashed my bike while stationary indoors……
who does that?
Now my rear tire sticks to the break pads and won’t spin smoothly.
Hopefully it can be fixed………..
