Weekly training recap: March 11th – 18th
Another good training week in the books. Had some pain in my left foot that caused me to reduce the intensity of a couple of my workouts but still productive.
Monday: 5 mile run
Wednesday: 5 mile run speed workout- fartleks
Friday: 5 mile run – easy
Saturday: 13.1 mile race with 1 mile warm up
Sunday: 20 mile bike
