Monday: 5 mile run

Tuesday: 15 mile bike

Wednesday: 600 yard swim

Thursday: Rest

Friday: 600 yard swim

Saturday: 30 mile bike

Sunday: 14 mile run

This week, I also had the pleasure of speaking with Matt Finkel from NBC affiliate in Hagerstown, WDMV. He’s doing a piece on my journey and hopefully it will be aired sometime next week.
