About Chris- Ironman in the making
Chris is an avid endurance athlete, completing various triathlons, marathons and ultra-marathons.
A proud husband and father of two, Chris’ oldest son, Clarence Julian, suffers from cystic fibrosis.
Chris has decided to embark on a journey to raise money to help find a cure for CF and become an Ironman triathlete in the process.
On September 29th, 2018, he will be competing in Ironman Maryland.
This is one of the worlds hardest endurance races, 140.6 miles in total. Beginning with a 2.4 mile swim in the Choptank river. Then a 112 mile bike race through the Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge. And finally, a 26.2 marathon through the streets of Cambridge.
